Place of rest

I am not sure where this was, could have been in Vienna but anyway it was a beautiful cemetery. The saying is 'pushing up the daisies' but not here this is where you 'push up amazing roses' so beautifully kept.

Under the bridges

Phew! that was close. Wow we made it, looks like everyone is still in their seats, but where has the person gone sitting next to me I hope whoever it was kept their head down. Bit hairy I needed a coffee to calm me down, hope there are not too many more low flying bridges.

Memories 2010 Europe

Choose a bike, any bike, there's hundreds off 'em. People live on these boats in Amsterdam, how pretty it looks, bet there's not much housework to do - I like the sound of that. Rudesheim amazing to see all the tiny cobblestone streets so quaint, loved it. Janet and Martyn doing some retail therapy. This Christmas tree goes fromt he ground floor to the ceiling which is 3 levels it was just so beautiful, I could have bought so many wonderful decorations but my Christmas tree is not that big.

Amsterdam/Budapest and my big 70

My 70th was awesome from start to finish, mind you I'm not going to be 70 for long I'm now going backwards. We lived through our bike ride in Amsterdam such fun. All dressed up on board ship, I think we scrub up quite well considering. Jan just loves to boogy and my special day with a beautiful gift from Pat - my necklace and 13 birthday cards. I will never forget this birthday and it was so special to share it with Janet and Martyn.

Brian's Special Day

A day we dreamed about. Brian met his step-father for the first time. Such an emotional day but one that will live with us forever. You are now a special part of our family Ken and we all love you deeply - always.
